PrestaShop user question
Hello, I have a problem with this module: when I connect by Facebook I receive a confirmation email with my user account details, email address and a very long password but I can't use it for login because not exists. Then, when I tried to modify or complete my personal info (on my account area, after login with Facebook) I can't do that, because not any password field appears and an error occured when try to save the changes: INCORRECT PASSWORD. My PrestaShop version is 1.6.1.6 Thanks.PrestaShop expert answer
user that creates account with facebook login can log in to shop with its facebook account.
login by email is only optional.
regarding to customer account details change.
fields "password" are not available because account was created with facebook account.
there is a mechanism that allows to change these details without pass (only for accounts created with fb)
if you see there "incorrect password" message, this means that some part of js scripts may not work properly. In this case it is necessary to check website for javascript errors, and if any - fix them (JavaScript errors may affect other part of websites too).
