Module "facebook pixel" from my offer is ready to work with multistore environment.
When you will configure the module you just need to configure it for each shop.
if you are wondering how:
- it is very easy, just select shop from "multishop" selection tool (where you select a shop to manage)
- open module configuration and fill out configuration form
- save changes (module will save configuration for shop that you currently manage only)
