contents of hook displayFooterBefore do not appear

Hi. I just buy the HTML Box Pro for my website but i can't get it to work. I add a block to [displayFooterBefore] but i can't see it in the website. I clear cache, i check the .tpl file...a all seems ok. What can i do? Prestashop: 1.7.4.2

There are several possibilities.
I will describe them shortly below.

1. Hook is not active

2. contents settings
   module has many visibility conditions, please verify if conditions do not exclude themselves.
   For example you created contents for "selected cms pages only" and additional condition "selected product pages only".
   CMS page is not a product page (and opposite), so conditions exclude themselves and in effect there is nothing to show.
   
3. hook availability in theme
   your theme has this hook? From my own experience i know that many theme developers exclude some hooks from their templates. Maybe it is a source of the problem in the template you currently use
