Ask about product button do not appear in my prestashop

Hi, I install Ask about product free on my site that uses non-default template "leo fashion", but button doesn't show in front. Can you help me with support. I pay what have to. Thanks in advance

This free module uses a default prestashop's position "displayProductAdditionalInfo" to display button "ask about product". Firstly it is requried to check if module is associated with this position.

Please go to design > positions,

Search there for list of modules named "displayProductAdditionalInfo"

Do you see "ask about product" module on this list?

if not - use "transplant a module" tool (button on the top right side of design >positions page) and try to assign "ask about product" module to this position.

if module is associated with this position and if it does not appear:

- it's always worth to clear shop cache under adv. paramteres > peformance. There is just a risk that you see cached version of website without module

- if you use any caching module like pagecache, jcache, expresscache etc. - open this module configuration and clear cache in this module as well

if none of these helps

it will be required to check your theme if it runs this hook. Especially if you use non-default theme (and from what i see you use a non-default template)
