Q&A: why mails from prestashop are treated as a SPAM in gmail?

Hope you are doing well !
My name is Sandeep, a Prestashop developer. I know this is not allowed directly to contact anyone for the issue but this is most urgent.
Issue : Order Confirmation and all other mails going to SPAM in Gmail. I have few gmail accounts in which emails arrives in Inbox and few accounts where email arrives in Spam. I do not marked those as not spam in Spam folder, Is this any kind of Prestashop bug or something. I am trying to use new SMTP details but no luck ..
Please help me to resolve this case, I would really appreciate please

unfortunately its not a prestashop issue,
If your host email has properly configured mailbox service (smtp) - this is how gmail treats mails. Sometimes mails are marked as spam, sometimes not - it depends on their spam filters. We can't do anything in this case.
If your host has some missing configuration thingsyou can see what is wrong exactly if you will select "show soruce" from mail context menu, you will see there report (email headers) why it was marked as spam, usually its a matter of no dkim signature or some spf stuff.

In this case you need to configure dkim for your smtp service (some unix-based stuff, so if you dont have an access to server console - you have to ask your hoster about this).
