Confirm customer account with email

I am looking for a feature (modification or module) that will send an account activation link to my customers. Do you have any working solution?

yes, i've got such module for prestashop to activate customer account with email. This module when someone will register an account in your shop will send an email to customer with account activation link. Account will be inactive until the customer will click on the link. It's a kind of double opt-in register process in prestashop.
