Details about uploaded file in email with comment about file

 I don't know who the customer is nor what the order is, so I have to open every open order to find out. Last time, 38 orders. I think it's a real waste of time. Can I change somehow the heading of the email so it says something like:

HELLO!

NEW COMMENT ADDED TO FILE IN ORDER [order ID]

or any other information so I can go there immediately.

based on your request i released an update of the module customer files upload
new version (2.9.9) includes details about uploader (customer) and where file was uploaded
as on screenshot:  

 

This update gives possibility to use email variables: {customer_firstname} {customer_lastname} {customer_email} and {file_source}
