My question is related to "cart conditions" module, i wonder if I can define quantity in cart for each category.
I have usual items, where is no limitation and then the items in special category, where i need limit item number in cart.

Sure, module gives possibility to setup quantity conditions for categories.
you can do it for any category you want - and for each category individually (each category can have own quantity condition).
