Voucher for future purchase in PrestaShop - question about settings

Hello, our client has bought "Prestashop Rewards - Voucher codes after orders" and we are the agency setting it up. Although, we are not able to access the condition for VAT or SHIPPING, and the calculation is made on the total amount of the order (including taxes and shipment). In your video, there are dropdown menus for VAT and shipping, but not on our back-end. How can you help? Thanks.

each instance of "reward" has two configuration pages:

1. section where you define the rules required to get voucher code
2. section where you define the voucher code settings
   you define there:
   - general settings of voucher code (name, description, length of code, characters used to generate code, prefix of code, sufix of code etc.)
   - conditions settings where you can specify rules that will be required to use voucher code in cart (like minimal amount of cart, vat included/excluded, conditions related to products etc.)
   - actions settings where you can secify what voucher code will do (what kind of discount voucher code will apply to cart).

From context of your message i see (or I might be wrong) that you checked only section 1 - there where you define rules required to get voucher code.

The conditions where you can specify tax conditions is available in section 2 - there, where you define voucher settins.

if i missed something, please share an url to the video (you mentioned about video in your email) where i can see options that you are looking for.
