Hello, I need help with the module I bought from here: related products pro I installed it on my site but I can't configure it in the product edit page because the buttons for this purpose are missing. Can you check pls? Simply saying - configuration of the module on product edit page in shop's back office can't be opened
from what i see its not a problem with "related products pro" module but a problem in your shop's back office.other modules also do not open configuration page . this happens when some module available on product edit page has a wrong bad code. How to identify the module that causes it?take a look on the screenshot:
usually the problem causes the module before addon that does not work.
in this case before "multi accessories pro" module we have an addon named "cross selling in modal cart" - and this is source of the problem.
to solve the issue it is enough to move this module at the end of the list of modules in position named "displayAdminProductsExtra". After this you can see both "multi accessories pro" and "related products pro" work now properly.
SO, in your case the problem is with "cross seling in modal cart" module.
the method i used solved problem with appearance of the "multi accessories pro" and "related products pro" but i can't guarantee that all problems caused by "cross selling in modal cart" are solved (there is a risk that bad code in .tpl files of this module can cause some other problems with workflow of product edit page)
