Missing productListReviews hook in leo theme

HelloI wonder why module "product list quantity discounts" do not appear in my leotheme in prestashop 1.7 ?

This theme is based on ap page builder: https://www.leotheme.com/guides/prestashop17/ap_page_builder/ 
By default this theme supports "displayProductListReviews" hook. So module should appear properly by default,

Appearance problems
Check section: III Ap Products List
If module somehow will not appear on list of products - it might be required to add there tpl code {hook h='productListReviews' product=$product}
as I show on image:
