Hi, I recently purchased the Unique voucher for newsletter signup module. The thing is that for my customers to get free shipping they have to make a purchase over 50€ and now with the module they have to buy an amount of approximately 57€ and I don't know why. I have checked the module several times but I don't know what could be giving conflict. I look forward to hearing from you, best regards.

isn't it a matter of TAX or a matter of shipping value?during configuration of newsletter voucher's module "minimum amount" value you can select:
- if defined minimum amount value is tax included / tax excluded
- if defined minimum amount value is with shipping value or without
screenshot for reference:
usually it is a matter of one from these parameters.
please check carefully order detail of customer that received voucher previously
1) what is the value of products (with and without tax)
2) what is the value of total order (products+shipping) tax included
3) what is the value of total order (products+shipping) tax excluded
