There are several vouchers, namely 20 vouchers of 25.00, 70 vouchers of 20.00 and 10 vouchers of 15.00 Does the golf organization first have to buy 100 coupons online within my webshop so that every receipt is given a separate code or I have to put a different code on the printed gift voucher they receive or I have to put our E-mail address on the gift voucher so they can mail me for a code? What must and Can I do with your knowledge?

Module "gift cards" that i offer has a feature that allows to purchase a product that is a 'gift card', when someone will purchase such product - module will generate unique voucher code in shop and customer will receive this voucher as a kind of gift card.
So, in context of your question:

Module can do the job (organisation needs to purchase gift cards first), but in my opinion you need something different. For your purpose the best will be a solution that will generate voucher codes in bulk, and then - based on generated codes - print a gift cards.
If I were you this is how I will handle it:
- Firstly i will generate vouchers
- 20 x 25.00
- 70 x 20.00
- 10 x 15.00
Generate such large number of voucher codes manually (one by one) can be a nightmare so i will use a module to generate voucher codes in bulk.
Addon allows to bulk generate voucher codes with very specific settings and exports these codes to csv files.
- Print vouchers
Based on generated vouchers I will use software like 'microsoft access' (or any other that has similar features) to batch-print gift cards
(you can quickly import vouchers to 'microsoft access' from generated csv files and then print all gift cards in bulk based on some visual template)
