Q&A: html box pro in PrestaShop 1.7 - some positions (hooks) dont work

Hi,

I purchased html box pro module. I use it in my brand new 1.7 prestashop. I managed to get it to work on this page by selecting it to display at “Header”. But no other locations work, such as “Top” - Do need to do something else? I am using the Classic template.

Hello

Its worth to say that PrestaShop 1.7 has many new hooks,
Prestashop still changing the classic theme (for example it has different hooks in 1.7.0.1 than 1.7.0.0 has) because of this these hooks must be added manually to the module (for now).
Once prestashop will release stable 1.7 theme with all hooks, i will add them to the module. So these positions will be available by default.

But no worries, you can use these new positions. You can do it here: 

So, on module configuration you can add new positions, just add positions like:
- displayNav1
- displayNav2
- displayTop
- displayNavFullWidth
- displayFooterBefore
- displayFooterAfter
- displayFooter
- displayReassurance
- displayBeforeBodyClosingTag
- displayAfterBodyOpeningTag
- displayLeftColumn
- displayRightColumn

they will be automatically assigned and boxes will be visible there.
