Facebook Shop app for PrestaShop - problem with cutted products

Hello, I bought today your Prestashop Facebook Shop module and I have some problems. 
I can only display 4 full pictures. The other 4, they are cut. In the module, I have the value for 420 items. But the same error is when I put a value to see 10 articles. I would like to have a store like the one you show in a video demonstration: Balais, with the page numbers in the footer. I have selected "show footer" but it is not seen. Thank you very much for your help. It's very urgent.

you can manage the size of your faceshop app on app configuration page, i mean here: 

As you can see near each page with installed "facebook shop app" you can find "configuration" button. If you will click on it you will see settings of instance of facebook shop:  

There is an option "height" - where you can define the size of the facebook shop app. Just put there value that will meet your requirements.
