The pictures in our "new products" block show as questionmarks. We recently updatet from prestashop 1.4 to 1.6. All the picutres show everywhere, except in the "new products" block. I really can't find any solution. Even if we make a new product in the new version, it still won't show the pictures in the "new products" block. Any idea what might be wrong
solution for missing images
this is probably related to image type (usually it is).
go to preferences > images and verify if "medium_default" image type exists in your shop.
if not - add it and then regenerate thumbnails.
if it exists - please verify if it is active for "products" and also regenerate thumbnails
