Tutorial - import products to your prestashop 1.7

Hi Milosz How do i use your Export Products Pro. Need to transfer products from 1.6 to 1.7 Do i need to install version 1.6 on 1.6 and version 1.7 on 1.7 Regards Michael

Easiest way to import products to your new prestashop 1.7

Export products is an addon to export products, it does not "import" products because files that module generates are ready to work with "import csv" tool that is available in prestashop by default.

So, if you want to export products from prestashop 1.6.x to 1.7.x it will be enough to install module in 1.6.x only.

please follow this:

- install module in your prestashop 1.6.x

- open module page 

- set delimiter to ;(semicolon) - do it here:  http://i.imgur.com/BWkKGZq.png 

- firstly export products

- then export combinations

Import products

- open your prestashop 1.7.x

- go to preferences > import csv tool

- firstly import products, set option to force ids to YES

- then import combinations to your products
