Hi,
I run a prestashop website and I'm trying to change the email that goes
to customers when a product is out of stock. I went into translations,
email templates, edited the out of stock email both HTML and Text, it
shows that its been updated but there is no change when I place an order
for a product that is on backorder. I don't want the email to be saying
that the product is out of stock because that makes customers angry and
loses orders.
Please help me out.
Translations of mail alerts module (and all other modules)
hello
if your theme has an email for this module you need to edit mail templates located in theme directory.
so when you will go to the localization > translations as a target of translation select "theme", not the core of the module.
it is worth to check it.
